It is located within a 20 minute drive from Dubai Int'l Airport, and 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai. The site is within easy, direct road access to Sharjah, Jebel Ali, and the Northern Emirates. Escape Equestrian Community is a equestrian-themed residential development being built in the emirate of Ajman. The AED 1.84 billion (US$ 720 million) freehold development will be located close to the eastern region of Ajman, close to the Ajman-Sharjah border and the Emirates Road. Escape Equestrian Community will cover an area of 200 acres (8.2 million square foot) and was named after Escape Ibn Navarrone, the world champion Arabian stallion owned by Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman. It will have over 500 three and four bedroom villas and 16 low-rise apartment buildings from 8 to 13 storeys and a 150-room boutique hotel. Traditional Arabic, Ottoman and Mediterranean architecture will be used throughout the development. Villa prices will range from AED 1.7 to 3.5 million, while a two-bedroom apartment will start at around AED 685 thousand.
Amenities at the Escape Equestrian Community include its covered riding arena, outdoor multi-purpose grass show arena and sport field, a centre merging equestrian activities with traditional sports (HoofbeatZTM Complex), equine spa therapy centre, 200-horse equestrian center, quality restaurants, indoor sports complex, and state-of-the-art business, health, and leisure facilities.
